Danny Halligan conducts a seminar in Champaign for the Illinois Tactical Officers Association
Danny Halligan and a few selected students from Illinois and Iowa conducted a seminar for law enforcement officers in Champaign on September 6, 2002. There were 10 officers from many different Illinois law enforcement agencies involved. Danny focused on Wing Chun principles and applications for the street. As in most of the other seminars we have done, many of the participants showed interest in continuing Wing Chun training.

The seminar was excellent. The instruction was great because of the ratio of instructors to students. It could not have been better. The material was practical; it was something we could use. I will send all of our officers as soon as I can.

I am a certified defensive tactics instructor, but I learned some great things. I thought the instruction was outstanding. I would like to see the training expanded to two days or more.
