Danny Halligan teaches at the Texas Tactical Police Officers Association Annual Conference Annunal Training Conference 2006

Danny Halligan, taught two all day sessions at the The Texas Tactical Police Officers Association Annual Conference. The sessions were very well attended, and the officers had very positive comments after the sessions. Danny enjoyed all the students and had a great time

Seminar Comments:

This training should be mandatory for all peace officers regardless of assignment.

The correlation between firearms and DT training was very useful. The concepts of balance, control, reaction time are critical to law enforcement officers at all levels of the force continuum.

The training was useful and contributed to my toolbox of weaponless tactics.

Effective, easy to remember system with a minimum of fine motor skills involved.

Very informative and eye-opening.

Very useful, deals directly with day to day situations.

It changed my way of thinking and my approach with the interview position. The program builds confidence in your own ability. Simplicity of techniques makes this program easy to pick up on.

Excellent tactics, simple to apply regardless of gender and size. The class allowed for sufficient repetition and individual instruction.

It was a great class, very simple techniques that were easy to remember. Great ideas in handcuffing and pain compliance.

We learned some simple little tricks that are very useful on patrol. I would like for this training to be a requirement for patrol officers.

I learned things I can definitely use and pass on in my department. I would recommend this for everyone.

The session provided a lot of insight toward changing traditional ways to defend against an attack. I would highly recommend this physical skills training. Being offensive rather than defensive works the best in police work. The class was informative and I believe I will use the skills on an everyday basis.
