As the Vice President of the Illinois Tactical Officers Association and the Entry Team Leader for the Northern Illinois Police Alarm Systems Emergency Services Team, I have had the opportunity to attend many different training courses and seminars in the area of combatives & defensive tactics. I can say without reservation that the tactics and techniques taught by Danny Halligan and his staffs are by far some of the most effective and easily learned. Combined with his vast knowledge and experience in martial arts, incredible work ethic and devotion to Law Enforcement, his teaching style and technique promotes learning and encourages participation.
